- Deep-learning experiments may need cloud GPU time. We estimate the cost before the experiments start, and you can use your own or your university's hardware.
- Journal fees
- Open-access journals charge an article processing charge (APC) set by the publisher. Many subscription journals charge nothing. We show the fee for each venue on your shortlist.

Do you guarantee acceptance?
No one can honestly guarantee acceptance, because the editor and peer reviewers make that decision. We commit to a submission-ready manuscript aimed at the right venue, and we stay with you through every round of reviewer comments.
What do Q1 and Q2 mean?
Journals in each subject category are ranked into four quartiles by citation impact. Q1 is the top 25% and Q2 the next 25%. Scopus quartiles come from SJR, and Web of Science quartiles come from the Journal Citation Reports (JCR).
How long does it take?
About one month from kickoff to submission. After that, the journal sets the review time, which is often a few months and depends on the venue.
Do I need my own data?
No. Many projects use public benchmark datasets. If you have your own data from a lab, hospital or industry partner, we build the study around it.
Who is the author of the paper?
You are the lead author. Any contribution from Rachis Systems is credited as co-authorship or an acknowledgment, agreed in writing at the start and in line with the journal's policy.
